Johnathan Harris is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Biblical and Religious Studies at Samford University's Howard College of Arts and Sciences. He specializes in New Testament theology, Pauline theology, and theological interpretation of Scripture.

Harris has published in Brill’s Biblical Interpretation Series and the Bulletin for Biblical Research, with work on Paul's use of Habakkuk and Galatians. His presentations at academic conferences (AAR, ETS, SBL, IBR) highlight his engagement with early Christian ethics, justification, and scriptural hermeneutics.
