Dr. John Sinclair is a Professor and Director at the Natural Resources Institute (NRI) within the Clayton H. Riddell Faculty of Environment, Earth, and Resources at the University of Manitoba. He has been a faculty member since 1991, following his PhD in Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo. His work bridges academic research and community engagement, focusing on public participation in environmental and resource governance.
