John S Bonehill

Dr. John S Bonehill is a Lecturer in the Department of History of Art at the University of Glasgow. His research focuses on British art and culture from the 18th to 19th centuries, with specializations in Joseph Wright of Derby, Paul and Thomas Sandby, and intersections between art, travel, and natural history. Currently on research leave, he has published extensively on topics including landscape aesthetics, art and empire, and exhibition culture.
