John-Paul Ferguson

John-Paul Ferguson is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. He holds a Ph.D. from MIT Sloan School of Management and prior faculty positions at Stanford University. His research focuses on careers, labor markets, and employment segregation, with notable work on gender disparities in invention and racial segregation in employment. Ferguson has been recognized with awards such as the John T. Dunlop Award and has served on editorial boards for journals like Organization Science and American Sociological Review. He has also contributed to executive education on organizational strategy and design.
