Dr. John Norris is an Associate Professor of Theology and Associate Provost at the University of Dallas. He holds a PhD in Religious Studies from Marquette University and a B.A. in Theology from the University of Dallas. His research focuses on St. Augustine, St. Thomas Aquinas, and church history, with publications exploring Augustinian exegesis, faith-science relations, and Catholic social ethics. He has taught courses ranging from biblical studies to systematic theology and has served as Department Chair (2000–2004) and Director of the Rome Study Abroad Program (1993–1995). Presentations include discussions on migration ethics, the Virgin Birth, and theological engagement with modern science.
