Dr. John Mulyata is a Lecturer in Operations and Strategy at Swansea University's School of Management, holding DCMS, BSc, MSc(Econ), MBA and PhD qualifications in Business. His research addresses procurement logistics, healthcare operations, and performance management systems.
With over 20 years of healthcare management experience, Mulyata has led reform initiatives including Zambia's health management information system (HMIS) design and implementation. Current scholarly output explores technology impacts on Saudi Arabian SMEs, AI in education assessment, and talent management in energy sectors.
