John Gough

John Gough is a Professor of Mathematics in the Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science (IMAPS) at Aberystwyth University, serving as the Head of the Department of Physics. He holds a PhD from the National University of Ireland, Dublin (NUI, Dublin). His research focuses on quantum open systems, particularly quantum control, with contributions to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
