John Fiocco is an Associate Professor and Adjunct Associate Professor at the UWA Law School, The University of Western Australia. He holds roles as a senior partner in his own law firm, author of the WA Civil Procedure Manual, consultant to the Lotteries Commission of Western Australia, and Board member of Screen West.
