Johanna Fink

Johanna Fink is a Doctoral Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Crime, Security and Law (Department of Public Law). Her research focuses on transnational police cooperation, AI-driven surveillance, and comparative public law. She leads the project "All Contemporary Challenges of Transnational Security Cooperation in a Franco-German Perspective", examining evolving police collaboration dynamics across EU member states.
