Dr. Joelle Rodway is an Associate Professor in Leadership & Education at Ontario Tech University's Faculty of Education. She founded and directs the NET Lab: Networks for Educational Transformation, focusing on social networks' role in educational leadership and policy. Her research emphasizes professional learning networks, social capital, and knowledge mobilization for systemic improvement. Previously, she was Assistant Professor at Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador, where she earned the ROCKStar Award for supervision excellence. With a BEd from the University of Alberta and MA/PhD from the University of Toronto, she has extensive teaching experience in Canada and Singapore.
