Joelle Noailly

Joelle Noailly is an Associate Professor at the School of Business and Economics, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where she also earned her PhD in environmental economics. She holds a Senior Lecturer position (part-time) at the Geneva Graduate Institute's Department of International Economics.

Recent publications in Journal of Public Economics and Nature Energy reflect her interdisciplinary approach linking public policy and energy finance.
