Joel Blatt

Joel Blatt is an Associate Professor at the University of Connecticut, affiliated with the Stamford campus. His research focuses on the politics, society, and international relations of France, Italy, and Europe during the 1914-1945 period. Current projects include studies of French foreign policy from 1918-1940 and the assassination of Carlo and Nello Rosselli.

Research Interests: Dr. Blatt’s work spans historical and political analysis of interwar Europe, emphasizing statecraft, transnational conflicts, and socio-political transformations. His publications contribute to debates on military failures and ideological violence in 20th-century Europe.
