Jodi Flynn, M.S., is a full-time Instructor at Clarkson College, specializing in General Education and Community Health. She joined as an adjunct instructor in 2007 and transitioned to full-time faculty in 2015. Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s in General Studies from Louisiana State University and a Master’s in Statistics from Miami University.
Ms. Flynn teaches courses such as MAT 130 (College Algebra), GRD 847 (Applied Statistics), and MAT 410 (Advanced Statistics for Public Health). Beyond teaching, she actively contributes to institutional governance through her role on the Faculty Senate and provides statistical expertise to committees focused on student retention and interprofessional education.
Her professional recognition includes the 2022 Faculty Senate Excellence in Teaching Award, alongside multiple nominations for the same honor between 2013-2022. Her work bridges statistical methodology with healthcare education, emphasizing quantitative skills for public health and healthcare management.
