Jocelyn Zhang is a Senior Lecturer in the Economics and Finance subject group at the University of Portsmouth, within the Faculty of Business & Law. She holds a PhD in Economics and Finance from the University of Portsmouth and an M.Sc. in Money, Banking and Finance from the University of Sheffield. Her research focuses on real estate markets, foreign investment dynamics, stock markets, and REITs across the UK, Canada, and China, with recent work emphasizing FinTech's role in economic recovery post-conflict. She coordinates undergraduate modules like Economics, Economics for Business, and Business Forecasting and Data Analysis, and serves as a personal tutor for Economics students.
