Jocelyn Bennett is an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Toronto's Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing and serves as Director of the Compassion Program at AMS Healthcare, a charitable organization. With over 30 years of experience, she specializes in clinical transformation through staff engagement, LEAN methodology, and process improvement to enhance patient-centered care. Her leadership has driven innovations like the Acute Care for Elders (ACE) Strategy and quality initiatives recognized nationally.
