Joanna Allardyce

Joanna Allardyce serves as an Associate Professor in the School of Allied Health at the University of Limerick and is a member of the Limerick Digital Cancer Research Centre. With a unique interdisciplinary background bridging anatomy, dance, and cancer survivorship, she pioneers lifestyle interventions for breast cancer survivors through participatory research methods.

Her primary research focuses on co-designing dance and dietary interventions to improve quality of life for breast cancer survivors, utilizing Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) panels to ensure interventions reflect lived experiences.
