Dr. Joachim Yeshaya serves as Doctor-Assistant in Hebrew Literature at Catholic University of Leuven (KU Leuven) in Belgium. He earned his Ph.D. in Arts from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.
His research focuses on Hebrew literature with particular expertise in medieval Jewish poetry and Karaite traditions. Dr. Yeshaya's scholarly work examines the intersection of poetry, biblical interpretation, and religious practice within Jewish communities, especially focusing on Karaite approaches to Torah readings and prayer.
His publications reveal consistent scholarly output since 2011, with increasing editorial responsibilities reflecting his growing reputation in the field of Jewish studies.
