Jo Ann Bailey is a Lecturer at Drexel University's College of Optometry, specializing in Pediatric Optometry, Binocular Vision, and Traumatic Brain Injury. She holds a BS in Biology from Bucknell University and an OD from New England College of Optometry, with a residency in Pediatric and Binocular Vision at PCO.
