Dr. Jinsook Song is a Clinical Faculty member and Director of Clinical Training for the MA and PhD Couple and Family Therapy (CFT) programs at Antioch University New England. She transitioned to this role in 2021 after serving as an Adjunct Instructor and Supervisor. Her clinical and research focus spans medical family therapy, trauma-informed care, intergenerational trauma, child-parent psychotherapy, multicultural/feminist issues, and community engagement in treatment.
- Education: PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy (Antioch University New England), MA in Music Therapy (New York University)
Her clinical work includes 4 countries, military families, refugees in Concord NH, and diverse settings like schools, hospitals, and private practice. She specializes in cultural identity, acculturation, and supervision.
Recent publications and presentations explore refugee community engagement, social learning theory applications, and multicultural adaptation. She serves on the NHAMFT Educational Committee and is an AAMFT Clinical Member.
