Jinhee Kim

Dr. Jinhee Kim is a Scientia Academic at the Cities Institute, University of New South Wales. Her research focuses on the intersection of urban health, healthy built environments, and health equity, with a particular emphasis on transdisciplinary approaches to urban health research and policymaking.

Dr. Kim’s work centers on understanding urban health paradigms, health impact assessment, and policy processes that prioritize health equity in urban development. She has contributed to bibliometric analyses of health assessment tools and community-based participatory research frameworks.

She serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Urban Health Review (Journal of the Korean Academy of Urban Health) and holds leadership roles in the Korean Academy of Urban Health and the Alliance for Healthy Cities. Her current projects include organizing the 10th Global Conference of the Alliance for Healthy Cities (2024, Seoul).
