Jinha Lee is an Assistant Professor of Business at Indiana Wesleyan University's DeVoe Division of Business, holding dual doctorates in Tourism Sciences (South Korea) and Retail, Hospitality, and Tourism Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (with a minor in Statistics). She has over seven years of teaching experience in South Korea and has authored numerous publications in marketing and hospitality management.
Her research focuses on business analytics, sensory marketing, social media marketing, and retail/hospitality management, with recent work exploring sustainable food systems, consumer perception of insect-based products, and digital food service aesthetics. She has led Korean government-funded projects in Indonesia and Singapore and advises F&B businesses in multicultural contexts.
Her publications span consumer behavior, sensory engagement, and sustainable practices, reflecting a blend of theoretical rigor and practical industry insights. Her work bridges academia and real-world applications, particularly in leveraging technology and cross-cultural perspectives to enhance hospitality and retail strategies.
