Jingjing Zhang is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean at the Beijing Normal University (BNU) Faculty of Education. She leads the Big Data Centre for Technology-mediated Education and holds a DPhil in Education from the University of Oxford.
Research Interests span educational technology, learning analytics, open educational resources (OER), and massive open online courses (MOOCs). Her work focuses on data mining techniques like network analysis to study human relationships and activities in digital learning environments, with applications in knowledge visualization and collaborative learning.
Scientific Contributions include 103 publications and 2.3+ billion citations. Key research trends involve:
