Dr. Jing Ren is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical, Computer and Software Engineering at Ontario Tech University. She holds a BSc from Shandong University (1993), an MSc and PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario (2003, 2005), and an MBA from Schulich Business School, York University (2018). Her research focuses on haptics, virtual reality, robotics control, image processing, and soft computing applications.
