Jinde Cao

Jinde Cao is an Endowed Chair Professor, Dean of the School of Mathematics, and Director of multiple research centers at Southeast University (SEU), including the National Center for Applied Mathematics at SEU-Jiangsu and the Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory of Networked Collective Intelligence. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Sichuan University and has been a Professor at SEU since 2000.

• Postdoctoral Research Fellow: Chinese University of Hong Kong (2001-2002)

His research spans complex systems, neural networks, and computational intelligence, with significant contributions to nonlinear dynamics and applied mathematics. He has received prestigious awards including the IEEE Fellowship, Obada Prize, and Foreign Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences. His work has been recognized through inclusion in Clarivate Analytics' Highly Cited Researchers list across three disciplines since 2014.
