Jiming Zhu

Jiming Zhu is an Associate Professor and Principal Investigator at the Vanke School of Public Health, Tsinghua University. He holds a DPhil from the University of Oxford's Nuffield Department of Population Health and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Peking University's Yuanpei Pilot Programme. His research focuses on Health Policy & Management, Primary Health Care, Health Economics, and Human Resources for Health.

Research Projects:
- Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation grant (2021) exploring pandemic response systems in China.
- China Medical Board grant (2018) on medical education reform.

His publications in BMJ Open and The Lancet address primary care challenges, medical education reforms, and residency training improvements. He has consulted for the World Bank and China Medical Board.
