Dr. Luke Allen is a family doctor and global health advisor at the University of Oxford's Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences. As Co-Director of the Global Primary Care & Future Health Systems team, he bridges research, policy, and practice through international collaborations with the WHO, World Bank, UNICEF, and NHS England.
