Dr. Luke Allen is a family doctor and global health advisor at the University of Oxford's Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences. As Co-Director of the Global Primary Care & Future Health Systems team, he bridges research, policy, and practice through international collaborations with the WHO, World Bank, UNICEF, and NHS England. His work focuses on strengthening primary care systems, addressing noncommunicable diseases, and promoting equity in healthcare access.
