Jillian Warejko-Rossi is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics (Nephrology) at Yale School of Medicine, specializing in pediatric kidney diseases with a focus on nephrotic syndrome, kidney transplantation, and genetic kidney disorders. She serves as Associate Program Director of the Pediatric Nephrology Fellowship and Medical Director of the Pediatric Kidney Transplant Program at Yale-New Haven Transplant Center.

Her research integrates genetic analysis and clinical nephrology, with recent publications on nuclear pore complex mutations, DGKE-related hemolytic uremic syndrome, and treatment outcomes in IgA vasculitis nephritis. Collaborations include James Nugent, Julie Goodwin, and Shrikant Mane.
