Jill Zafar, MD, MBA, FASA, is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology at the Yale School of Medicine and Clinical Chair of Anesthesiology at Bridgeport Hospital, Yale New Haven Health. She serves as Director of the Pre-Surgical Evaluation Center and focuses on perioperative medicine, preoperative optimization, and telehealth integration. Her leadership roles include Medical Director of Pre-Surgical Evaluation for Yale New Haven Health and liaison for the Committee on the Status of Women in Medicine (SWIM).
