Jill Noel Fennell

Dr. Jill Noel Fennell is a Professor at the George W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology, holding the Frank K. Webb Academic Professional Chair in Communication Skills. Her work focuses on integrating affect theory and care ethics into technical communication pedagogy, enhancing students’ agency in communicative interactions. She collaborates with other schools across Georgia Tech’s College of Engineering and provides workshops on scientific writing, proposal clarity, and public communication.
