Dr. Jie Xu is a tenured Associate Professor of Criminal Justice and Homeland Security in The Lesley H. and William L. Collins College of Professional Studies at St. John's University. She serves as Program Director for both the Criminal Justice Undergraduate Program and the Graduate Program in Homeland Security and Criminal Justice Leadership, which achieved a national ranking of 30th by U.S. News during her leadership.
