Dr. Jiaqi Liang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Policy, Management, and Analytics at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC). Her research focuses on public management, bureaucratic politics, policy implementation, social equity, and environmental policy, with a particular emphasis on equity-oriented policies and representative bureaucracy. She holds a PhD in Public Administration from American University.
