Dr. Jiahua Wu is an Associate Professor of Operations at the Department of Analytics, Marketing and Operations within Imperial College Business School, Imperial College London. His research focuses on designing incentives such as pricing and information systems to enhance operational efficiency in fair and transparent ways, particularly in platforms, supply chains, and the sharing economy. He holds a PhD in Operations Management from the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto), an MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto, and a BEng in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University.
