Dr. Jesus A. Sampedro serves as Professor and Program Director of the Master of Arts in Leadership program at Mid-America Christian University's School of Business. He joined MACU in 2008 initially as an adjunct professor and has taught across the School of Business Leadership since then.
His educational foundation includes:
- Certificate in Global Business and BA in Business Administration from Universidad de Carabobo (Venezuela)
- MBA from Regent University
- Doctorate of Strategic Leadership (DSL) from Regent University
With over two decades of dedicated focus since 1999, Dr. Sampedro specializes in leadership development through the integration of faith and professional practice. His global impact spans leadership training across 30+ countries via Leadershift – Global Leadership Consulting, emphasizing strategic frameworks for diverse organizational contexts from family businesses to multinational corporations.
He maintains active professional engagement through board memberships including the International Coach Federation (AR-OK Chapter), CBMC International Executive Chamber, and the Business and Theology Council of the World Evangelical Alliance. His scholarly contributions include seven leadership books and numerous articles, with speaking engagements at prominent forums like the Christian Economic Forum, GPro Congress, and The 700 Club.
As a Certified Leadership Coach-Trainer since 2004, he bridges academic theory with practical application through his consultancy and instructional roles across four world-class business schools.
