Jessica Strolin-Goltzman is a Professor and University Scholar at the University of Vermont (UVM), affiliated with the College of Education and Social Services and the Department of Education. She serves as the Director of Evaluation for the Child Welfare Training Partnership and coordinates the Resiliency-Based Approaches Certificate of Graduate Study. Her expertise spans trauma-informed practices, child welfare systems, and implementation research.
Strolin-Goltzman holds a Ph.D. and M.S.W. in Social Work from SUNY Albany. Her research focuses on improving resilience and social-emotional wellbeing for children, youth, and families, with a focus on child welfare, mental health, and school settings. She has secured over $19 million in federal grants, including a U.S. Department of Education grant for the C-CROPS initiative addressing special educator shortages.
