Jessica Rixom, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Marketing Department at the University of Nevada, Reno's College of Business. Her research focuses on consumer behavior, ethical decision-making, branding, and financial decision processes. She teaches courses in international marketing and advanced marketing management, and has been recognized with teaching awards including the Bill Parish Teaching Award and College of Business Excellence in Teaching Award.
Education includes a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Utah, an M.M.R. from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, and dual bachelor's degrees in Advertising and Organizational Communication from Western Michigan University. She also studied abroad at Oxford Brookes University through Butler University.
