Jessica Pelltier is a Flute Professor at Coastal Carolina University in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where she teaches flute performance, woodwind choir, and studio classes. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) in Flute Performance at the University of South Carolina, with an expected graduation in 2025. Jessica also maintains a private studio, the Positive Playing Studio, and performs with ensembles such as the Long Bay Symphony, Florence Symphony, and Opera Wilmington.

Jessica’s research and professional focus centers on flute pedagogy, chamber music training, and performance techniques emphasizing positive reinforcement. Her work spans both academic and community settings, including the creation of the Myrtle Beach Intensive workshop and a community flute choir.
As a performer, Jessica has traveled internationally to Germany, France, Costa Rica, and across the U.S., collaborating with renowned musicians like Valerie Coleman and Marina Piccinini. She actively mentors students of all ages and integrates performance preparation for college auditions, All-State competitions, and professional orchestral engagements.
