Jessica Owley is a Professor of Law and Faculty Director of the Environmental Law Program at the University of Miami School of Law. She holds a secondary appointment at the Rosenstiel School of Marine, Atmospheric, and Earth Sciences and is affiliated with the Abess Center for Ecosystem Science and Policy, Business Compliance & Sustainability, and Human Rights programs.
