Jessica M Fautch is a faculty member and Dean of the Kinsley School of Engineering, Sciences and Technology at York College of Pennsylvania. She holds a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Purdue University and completed postdoctoral training in Oncology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Her research interests focus on bioinorganic chemistry, particularly vanadium and selenium complexes for cancer prevention, and metals in biological systems. She also investigates chemistry education methodologies, including flipped classrooms, adaptive learning, and active learning strategies. Additionally, she uses yeast as a model organism to study copper-induced oxidative DNA damage.
Her publications span inorganic chemistry, educational pedagogy, and student retention in STEM, reflecting her interdisciplinary expertise. She has presented at conferences such as the Biennial Conference on Chemical Education and the Lily Spring International Conference.
