Jessica L. Fajfar

Jessica L. Fajfar is an Assistant Professor and Director of the Internet & IP Justice Clinic at the University of San Francisco School of Law. Her role involves supervising students in trademark prosecution, IP dispute resolution, and drafting legal agreements for startups and artists. She is also Of Counsel at RafterMarsh, a Silicon Valley firm specializing in licensing, privacy, and IP matters for technology companies and the entertainment industry.
