Jessica Hausmann is a Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Legal History and Legal Theory since July 2023. She completed her law studies at Justus Liebig University Giessen (2014–2023) and has held student assistant roles under Prof. Dr. Marietta Auer (2021–2023), Prof. Dr. Jelena von Achenbach (2019–2021), and Prof. Dr. Franz Reimer (2017–2021).
Her research focuses on multidisciplinary legal theory, integrating institutional and theoretical perspectives from public law and legal history.
