Florian Forster

Florian Forster is a Researcher and PhD Candidate at the Max Planck Institute for Legal History and Legal Theory (Max Planck Society) under Prof. Dr. Marietta Auer since April 2023, specializing in legal history and methodology with a focus on the evolution of judicial law-making in post-war Germany.
