Marietta Auer is a prominent academic and legal scholar affiliated with two major institutions since 2020: Max-Planck-Institute for Legal History and Legal Theory (Director) and Justus Liebig University Giessen (Chair of Private Law, International and Interdisciplinary Foundations of Law).
