Jessica Cain is an Adjunct Professor in the Broadcast and Digital Journalism department at Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, where she teaches audio and digital news writing, reporting, and producing. Concurrently, she serves as a reporter for NPR affiliate WRVO, specializing in political and community-centered stories. Her professional background spans nearly two decades in television journalism, including roles as an anchor, reporter, and package producer for major networks like Fox News and local stations including NewsChannel 9.
Her academic foundation includes a B.A. (2006) from Syracuse University with a dual major in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science.
