Jesse Peace serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Robert W. Plaster Graduate School of Business, University of the Cumberlands, while maintaining a full-time legal practice as founding partner of Peace Law, PLLC with offices across Kentucky.
His expertise centers on Business Law, Legal Ethics, Managerial Ethics, and Healthcare Administration Ethics. Professor Peace leverages his active courtroom experience in bankruptcy, torts, criminal defense, and family law to deliver practical, real-world instruction that bridges academic theory and professional legal practice.
As a part-time faculty member, he teaches specialized courses including Business Law and Ethics, Legal and Ethical Considerations in Healthcare Administration, and Managerial Ethics. His dual role as practitioner-educator provides students with immediate applicability of concepts through current case studies and ethical challenges encountered in his daily legal work across Kentucky state and federal courts.
