George Haymans

George Haymans is Adjunct Professor of Management at the University of Mississippi's School of Business Administration, concurrently practicing real estate law through Haymans & Co., PLLC. His legal practice focuses on commercial and residential transactions, corporate governance, and title evaluations.

He teaches Business Law (BUS 250) and Real Estate Law courses at undergraduate levels, bringing nearly a decade of instructional experience. As founder of Mississippi Title Group, LLC, he has participated in insuring over $3 billion in property transactions since 2012.

His pedagogy emphasizes practical application of legal principles in business contexts, frequently incorporating case studies from his transactional experience. He regularly conducts seminars on foreclosure procedures, title defect resolution, landlord-tenant law, and ethical considerations for real estate professionals.
