Jesse Payne is an Associate Professor in the Art Foundation Department at Virginia Commonwealth University in Qatar (VCUARTS Qatar). His work bridges traditional art forms like painting, drawing, and printmaking with new media such as photography and video. Payne’s research focuses on contemporary art education, digital technology’s role in art pedagogy, and hybrid art practices.
