Jerome Hughes

Jerome Hughes is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law and Director of the Community Development Law Clinic. His work focuses on community, economic, and equitable development with emphases on affordable housing, shared ownership, and cooperative structures.
