Jeroen Kummer (born 1969 in Amsterdam) is a graphic designer and founder of Kummer & Herrman. He is currently a lecturer at the Royal Academy of Art (KABK), The Hague, teaching Graphic Design and Visual Storytelling since 2016, and at Utrecht University of Arts, teaching Graphic Design and Typography since 1995.

Kummer & Herrman, co-founded in 1998, is recognized for its multidisciplinary approach rooted in Dutch graphic design traditions. Selected clients include the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, Magnum Photos, and World Press Photo. The agency has received awards such as the Dutch Design Award 2014 and Deutscher Photobuchpreis (Gold).
