Jeremy Perelman serves as Associate Professor at Sciences Po Law School and Vice President for International Affairs at Sciences Po since June 2024. He concurrently directs the Sciences Po Law School Clinic, with prior academic appointments at Columbia Law School and the University of Connecticut School of Law.
His educational credentials include:
- Doctorate (S.J.D.) from Harvard Law School
- Masters degrees in International Law and International Affairs from Stanford Law School and the Fletcher School at Tufts University
Perelman's research centers on human rights-based sustainable development, global economic governance, and social change advocacy in the Global South. His expertise spans International Human Rights Law, Public International Law, International Humanitarian Law, Comparative Law, and Law and Development, evidenced by co-editing "Stones of Hope: How African Activists Reclaim Human Rights to Challenge Global Poverty" (Stanford University Press, 2010) and International Academy of Comparative Law reports on poverty and development rights.
His funding achievements include:

Under his Clinic leadership, initiatives address Access to Justice, Corporate Social Responsibility (RISE), Digital Law (Digilaw), Environmental Justice (JETE), Human Rights Development (HEDG), and Migration challenges.
