Jeremy Orr is an Adjunct Professor at the College of Law, Michigan State University, and currently serves as the Director of Litigation and Advocacy Partnerships for Earthjustice. He previously held roles as a Senior Attorney at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) on their Safe Water Initiative, Environmental Justice Attorney at Wayne State University Law School's Transnational Environmental Law Clinic, and as Executive Director of the Michigan Environmental Justice Coalition.

His research and advocacy focus on environmental justice, climate justice, and ensuring equitable access to safe drinking water. Orr actively contributes to policy discussions as a member of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s National Environmental Justice Advisory Council and the Michigan Environmental Rules Review Committee.
